No. Your data is stored on your device. Bygmind doesn't operate a central account we could lock. Even if Bygmind goes bust tomorrow, your local data remains usable – it's not encrypted with a key only Bygmind has.

The capture features (photos, audio, transcription) are free. The AI agent is a premium feature (you connect your own AI provider). Additional features like team collaboration will be available as paid plans.

Locally stored data stays on your device (until you explicitly delete it). Cloud data can be exported before deletion. Everything remains your property, not Bygmind's.

German development and EU hosting mean: GDPR compliance is not a checkbox exercise, it's built-in. No data extraction to US servers. No GDPR theater – real data protection culture.

Possible. But even then: your data isn't hidden on Bygmind servers. It's on your device. An acquisition scenario couldn't "migrate all data and then rebill".
